VEA First Lady

VEA 1st Lady, Linda Henline, presented a check in the amount of $2,000, along with 25 backpacks to Thermal Shelter Director, Michele Smeltzer, to kick off her major State Project. This generous donation was made possible by the PER Association of Front Royal Elks Lodge #2382.
